Here at Bay Area Precast, LLC we strive to set the standard in precast building construction. Our buildings incorporate the latest methods and materials associated with off-site construction. The buildings we manufacture typically are assembled at our plant and shipped directly to our customers, turn key upon arrival. Our buildings are constructed with a 4000 to 5000 PSI fiber reinforced concrete. We use engineered rebar matts with lifting technology in our walls, floors and roofs. We incorporate 2 styles of assembly utilizing either embeds with welded connections or doweling with #4 rebar and epoxy. All of our buildings over exceed Miami-Dade regulations and most have a wind raiting far above 150 mph. Our buildings are designed to weather most anything mother nature can throw at it.

We also help in the design to ensure our clients recieve the product that best fits there needs. We manufacture restrooms for parks that are both flush style and waterless with electric as well as solar, electrical buildings to house high end equipment and storage, multi purpose buildings Most anything that is constructed with block we can do in precast. We hand deliver all our structures and assist with the offload and placement. We typically include shipping and crane costs in all our proposals. We try to eliminate the cost and deadline over runs that typically occur in on-site construction.
